Recloze provides lead recovery and booking automation for residential cleaning companies. This includes the 7-Day Cleaning Lead Recovery Sprint and related setup, automation, monitoring, and reporting. The specific scope of any paid engagement is defined in the order, proposal, or agreement you sign with us, which takes precedence over the summaries on our website.
We guarantee that your core system will go live within 7 business days, measured from the point at which you have completed all required setup steps, including:
If we fail to go live within 7 business days after the clock starts, your setup fee is waived until the system is live. This guarantee covers implementation speed only. It does not guarantee any number of bookings, revenue, or replies (see section 7).
Current founder pricing options are described on our website and confirmed in your agreement. Software, SMS, and phone fees charged by third-party platforms are billed separately unless we state otherwise. Founder pricing is limited and may change after the available founder spots are filled. Prices shown on the website are subject to change for new clients.

We follow opt-out and unsubscribe rules and applicable laws, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), the US CAN-SPAM Act, and SMS carrier requirements such as A2P / 10DLC registration where required. You are responsible for the lawful basis to contact your own lists. We honor STOP and unsubscribe requests, identify the sending business in messages, and maintain suppression lists. We will not knowingly send messages that violate applicable law, and we do not guarantee revenue or make misleading claims on your behalf.
We do not promise a specific number of bookings, leads, replies, or revenue. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your lead volume, your team's response speed, your pricing and service quality, and the approval and delivery rules of third-party platforms. Our guarantee is limited to implementation speed as described in section 3.
The workflows, templates, dashboards, scripts, and other materials we create and reuse across clients remain our intellectual property. You receive a license to use them for your business during your engagement. Your business data and your customer data remain yours.
Our services rely on third-party platforms for messaging, email, CRM, telephony, and hosting. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, pricing, or policies of those platforms. Their approval timelines and delivery rules can affect go-live and message delivery.
Cancellation terms depend on the plan you choose and are set out in your agreement. Monthly plans may have a minimum term, such as the 3-month minimum on the Sprint Monthly option. Founder pricing and any price lock apply only while your engagement remains active under the agreed terms. [Insert your refund and cancellation policy].
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recloze is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost bookings, arising from the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the three months before the claim.
